Air Ventilation with Technical Plastic Pipes 

We are proud of our work for Delfluent, the largest wastewater treatment plant in the Netherlands, located along the A4 motorway. In collaboration with De Jong Kunststof Techniek, we successfully realized several technical plastic air ducts for venting filtered sewer air. This impressive piece of engineering showcases the possibilities of high-quality technical plastic solutions!

The pictures highlight the massive Ø2000 mm technical plastic pipes that have been delivered and installed. All prefabricated components were produced by our robotic system in various complex configurations and then assembled on-site through a narrow access point. A perfect fit!

During a recent presentation and tour of the wastewater treatment plant, we gained a fascinating insight into the complex processes behind wastewater management. This project allowed us to demonstrate the full extent of our expertise in technical plastic production, leaving our client extremely satisfied with the outcome.
