VLAREM II storage tanks for hazardous substances in Belgium

We produce chemical storage tanks ranging from 1 to 30 m³, with the material selected based on your specific application. These round VLAREM tanks are made from double-walled HDPE material. We regularly manufacture custom technical plastic tanks for storing hazardous substances and chemicals such as sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, ferric chloride, ferric chloride sulfate, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, calcium chloride, urea, and more. These projects are carried out in collaboration with certified installers, suppliers, and transporters, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Safe and reliable chemical storage

Kemeling has long been certified according to VLAREM II, which includes guidelines for storing hazardous substances in tanks for the Belgian market. Kemeling holds a prototype certification for single-walled and double-walled round tanks made from HDPE100 sheet material. This certification guarantees the quality and craftsmanship of Kemeling. During the development and production of the tanks, an objective and verifiable process is followed with clear procedures and criteria. After production, each tank is fitted with an identification plate and a certificate of conformity, ensuring full traceability. Following installation, the entire system is inspected by a control body through a commissioning inspection, and upon approval, the tank receives certification.
