BRL K21009 storage tanks for chemicals and hazardous substances
We produce chemical storage tanks ranging from 1 to 30 m³, with the material selected based on your specific application. These BRL K21009 rectangular double-walled tanks are made from double-walled HDPE material. We regularly create custom technical plastic tanks for storing hazardous substances and chemicals such as sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide, ferric chloride, ferric chloride sulfate, hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, calcium chloride, urea, and more. These projects are realized in collaboration with certified installers, suppliers, and transporters, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Certified storage tanks for sustainable chemical storage
Since 2023, we have expanded our certification to BRL-K21009/03, making us the first in Europe to use double-walled PE100 sheets for our tanks under this certification. The advantages are clear: more compact products compared to separate tanks in a collection container, and the PE100 sheet contributes to the tank's construction, supported by precise calculations.
BRL-K21009 applies to stationary, non-pressurized, welded, single- or double-walled thermoplastic tanks used for above-ground chemical storage. This guideline includes requirements for both the storage tank and the collection container.

- KIWA (BRL K21009/03): Our KIWA certification guarantees that our single-walled and double-walled technical plastic storage tanks for above-ground chemical storage meet the highest standards for safety and quality. This guideline includes requirements for both the storage tank and the collection container.
- VLAREM II: This certification applies to the Belgian horticulture sector and ensures that our storage tanks for hazardous substances comply with all safety standards. After production, the tank is inspected and provided with a nameplate and a declaration of conformity.
- DVS 2212-1: This welding certificate ensures that all technical plastic welds are carried out by our qualified welders, with a focus on the durability and safety of the products.
