We design and manufacture technical plastic fuel tanks (HDPE) for your boat, starting from 250 liters. These tanks are customized for shipyards, yacht builders, and refit companies. The boat fuel tanks can be crafted to the millimeter according to your model or drawing, with fittings precisely where you need them.

 

HDPE diesel tank for the maritime sector

The fuel tanks are available with technical plastic fittings (threaded sockets or flanges), slosh baffles, and inspection hatches. Certification according to ISO 9001 and DVS welding ensures quality. Our solutions are known for their long lifespan.

  • Made from UV-resistant 100% HDPE sheet material (high-density polyethylene).

  • Lightweight due to the material's low specific gravity of 0.95 g/cm³.

  • Tested for leak tightness.
