Reliable HDPE drip trays for barrels and jerrycans
Our collection containers for barrels and cans are specifically designed to catch leaks from the cans or spills during handling. These collection containers are produced from PE-100 material in our own factory.
We can build drip and collection trays for you in various sizes. However, be sure to follow the mandatory regulations that state the storage facility must either have a collection capacity of at least 110% of the largest container's volume or a minimum collection capacity of 10% of the total volume of all stored substances beneath it. The larger value applies!
For example, if you have one 150-liter barrel, five 75-liter barrels, and four 50-liter barrels, a total of 725 liters:
- 110% of the largest container's volume = 110% x 150 liters = 165 liters
- 10% of the total volume of all stored substances = 10% x 725 liters = 72.5 liters
Since the larger value applies, your barrel drip tray must have a collection capacity of 165 liters.
