Are you looking for a collection container for jerry cans, barrels containing hazardous substances or chemicals, IBC tanks, mixing tanks, or storage tanks? Kemeling Kunststoffen provides custom-made liquid-tight collection and drip trays from HDPE or PP. A technical plastic collection container allows for the responsible handling of hazardous liquids. In the event of a leak from a mixing tank or storage tank, a technical plastic drip tray ensures that no harmful liquids are released. Our collection containers are easy to install and offer a sustainable, safe solution! Choose the right certification for your needs
Our collection containers can be produced both certified and uncertified. A collection container must always be able to hold at least its own amount of liquid it is intended for. To ensure this, the collection capacity must be at least 110% of the largest container's volume or, if greater, 10% of the total container volume. Kemeling offers various options:
- Uncertified collection container.
- Certified collection container in accordance with AS SIKB 6700: If an AS 6700 declaration for liquid-tight facilities is required, this is the type of container to choose.
- Certified collection container in accordance with BRL-K903 & BRL-K21009: When the container needs to comply with chemical storage standards, we can offer a single-walled technical plastic container in accordance with BRL-K21009.
Optimize your storage space with an optional GRP grid
A GRP grid can be placed level with the top of the collection container. This grate allows you to place barrels or containers up to a weight of 1000 kg per m², maximizing the available storage capacity. Without a GRP grid, the barrels or containers are placed inside the drip tray, which can lead to lost space.
